I didn’t start Vertical Healing because everything in my life was perfectly aligned.
I started it because I know what it feels like to hold it all together on the outside while feeling untethered inside. To care deeply. To give so much. To wonder where you end and everything else begins.
I’ve been a therapist, educator, and advocate for more than a decade. I’ve worked in group homes, nonprofits, corporate wellness, and community spaces. And over the years, I kept noticing the same pattern—people who were incredibly strong, but still felt lost in the weight of their own lives.
Vertical Healing was born from that space.
This work is about helping you find your footing again—whether that means setting boundaries that stick, making sense of burnout, working through relationships that leave you feeling drained, or just getting quiet enough to hear your own voice again.
If you're feeling like something needs to shift—but you're not sure where to start—you're not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

Why Vertical Healing
Because healing isn’t always linear—but it can be upward.
Because growth doesn’t always look like transformation—sometimes it looks like remembering.
Because support should feel grounding, not performative.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a starting place. This can be it.
